Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SYNKΞD ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

→ You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform

→ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

→ You must provide accurate and complete information

→ One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

3. For Artists

Campaign Rules:

  • • Campaigns must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines
  • • Music content must be original or properly licensed
  • • Payment is required before campaign activation
  • • Minimum budget: €50 per campaign
  • • Campaign duration: 7-30 days

4. For Creators

Content Requirements:

  • • Videos must be original content created by you
  • • Minimum video length: 15 seconds
  • • Must use the campaign's specified music track
  • • Videos must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines
  • • No fake views, bots, or engagement manipulation

5. Payments & Earnings

→ Artists pay upfront via Stripe before campaign goes live

→ Creator earnings depend on campaign terms and verified performance or manual review where automation is unavailable

→ View tracking window: 120 hours after video approval

→ Minimum payout: €25

→ Payouts are processed after verification and settlement checks

→ Platform fee: 15% of total campaign budget

6. Prohibited Activities

  • ✗ Using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems
  • ✗ Purchasing fake views or engagement
  • ✗ Impersonating others or providing false information
  • ✗ Uploading copyrighted content without permission
  • ✗ Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • ✗ Attempting to manipulate payment systems

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Terminated accounts forfeit any pending earnings and may not create new accounts.

8. Liability

SYNKΞD is a platform connecting artists and creators. We are not responsible for:

  • • Content quality or performance
  • • TikTok algorithm changes or view fluctuations
  • • Third-party platform policies or account suspensions
  • • Disputes between artists and creators

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
