Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments where enabled, and Google Analytics only where analytics consent has been granted.

Between Users:

Artists can see creator profiles and submission videos. Creators can see campaign details.

Legal Requirements:

When required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

We implement practical security measures appropriate to the current stage of the product:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
• Row-Level Security (RLS) policies in our database
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
• Payment processing via PCI-compliant Stripe
• Access controls on sensitive backend operations

We retain waitlist data while the prelaunch program is active or until you ask us to remove it. Account, payment, and payout data may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, fraud, or accounting reasons.

9. International Users

We use service providers that may process data in multiple jurisdictions. Where applicable, we rely on contractual and technical safeguards offered by those providers.

10. Children's Privacy

SYNKΞD is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
